A Giostra model for packaging fruits and vegetables

"Designed exclusively for tray filling operations, it can be used to fill tubs of various sizes, based on the customer’s requirements". These were the words of Roberta Marani of Chrimax, a company located in Italy’s province of Varese specialising in the design and manufacture ofhorizontal flow-pack packaging machines , as she presented FreshPlaza the “Giostra” model, a tray filling system for fresh vegetables (e.g. salads, onions, tomatoes, etc.).

"It was the first time we’d attended the trade fair in Madrid, and we brought with us a machine that processes approximately 40 packages per minute (running empty, without product), and uses standard 40-60-80 height trays. The frame, panels, and electrical panel are made from stainless steel to ensure ease of cleaning and to guarantee proper hygiene conditions. Various accessories can be added to the basic machine model."

"The feedback we received at the fair was very satisfying. We design and manufacture automatic loading, tray-filling, and belt conveyor systems based on the size and shape of the customer's storage facility. Every machine is designed to package rigid products of various sizes, in regular or irregular shapes, and in individual or multi-packs" Marani continues.
